Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 cups diced apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1 cup halved red grapes
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup toasted pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • Boston lettuce leaves, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, and salt until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add diced apples, grapes, celery, toasted pecans, and chopped parsley.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit and nut mixture and gently toss until evenly coated.
  4. Serve the salad immediately on lettuce leaves or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before serving for best flavor.
  5. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Notes

  • Toast pecans in a dry skillet for 3–5 minutes to enhance their flavor.
  • For a lighter version, replace mayonnaise with additional Greek yogurt.
  • Add diced chicken or turkey for extra protein.
  • Toss apples in lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • Store dressing and salad separately to keep it crisp.
