Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 ounces (680g) white baking chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces or 396g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2½ tablespoons heavy cream (for fudge base)
  • 1½ tablespoons heavy cream (for caramel)
  • 25 individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine white baking chips, sweetened condensed milk, and 2½ tablespoons of heavy cream.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until fully melted and smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, microwave the caramels with 1½ tablespoons heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until melted and smooth.
  5. Fold ¾ of the caramel into the white chocolate mixture gently 3–4 times to create a marbled effect.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Dollop remaining caramel on top and swirl with a knife for a decorative finish.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Once firm, lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper and cut into 25 squares (5×5).
  10. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use only sweetened condensed milk, not evaporated milk.
  • Choose high-quality white chocolate chips for best texture.
  • For easy removal, line the pan with parchment or foil sprayed with nonstick spray.
  • Sprinkle sea salt on top for extra flavor.
  • Warm your knife under hot water for cleaner cuts.
